Injectable Biostimulation (or Biostimulating Mesotherapy)
Injectable biostimulation (or biostimulating mesotherapy) is a modern, non-invasive aesthetic treatment that aims to enhance the natural production of collagen, tighten, brighten, and rejuvenate the skin. It is ideal for individuals who want a more natural approach to anti-aging, without altering facial expressions or features.
Biostimulation is the process of activating fibroblasts to naturally produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Biostimulators do not fill like fillers but work as “trainers” for the skin, encouraging it to renew itself from within.
What is a Biostimulator?
A biostimulator is an injectable material that activates fibroblasts (skin cells) to naturally produce:
-
Collagen
-
Elastin
-
Hyaluronic acid
This process results in improved skin texture and density, as well as a reduction in wrinkles and sagging.
Types of Biostimulators:
-
Polynucleotides (PN or PDRN)
 Strong anti-inflammatory and regenerative action.
Ideal for fine lines, dry skin, dark circles.
 Action: Healing, hydration, antioxidant protection.
Areas: Face, eyes (dark circles), neck, décolletage.
-
Poly-L-lactic Acid (PLLA)
 Deep collagen biostimulation.
Action: Progressive volume increase and tightening.
 Areas: Cheeks, cheekbones, temples, chin.
-
Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA)
Provides immediate lifting results and texture improvement.
Lifts and stimulates collagen in the long term.
Action: Structure enhancement, improved skin quality.
 Areas: Cheeks, jawline, hands, neck.
-
Hyaluronic Acid-Based Boosters
Hydrophilic, offers hydration and mild biostimulation.
Action: Lifting without volume, texture improvement.
 Areas: Face, neck, hands.
How Many Sessions Are Needed?
Usually, 3-4 sessions every 3-4 weeks.
The results last 6-18 months, depending on the type of biostimulator and the skin’s age/condition.

-
Skin damaged by sun/smoking

Results:
-
Firmer, brighter, and smoother skin.
-
Reduction of fine lines and pores.

Contraindications:

Active infections
